NCAEC Division Criteria
1. Members should be within 1 hour drive time to local meeting
2. Local Division meets a minimum of 4 times annually
3. One Division member serves on the NCAEC Board of Directors
4. Division adopts NCAEC By-Laws and provides a copy of Division By-Laws to NCAEC office
5. Local Division solicits members at least once yearly
6. Division board member or alternate must attend all NCAEC Board meetings
7. Local Division collects dues; forwards state portion to state office
8. Local Division provides financial statements to NCAEC office for inclusion on association tax return
9. Local Division provides meeting minutes to NCAEC office
10. Local Division contacts NCAEC office regarding conformity of proposed activities with IRS non-profit guidelines and liability coverage
11. Each Division appoints representatives to serve on appropriate NCAEC committees
12. Divisions should use NCAEC logo on promotional materials
13. Contractor members must have valid license, business address and certificate of insurance
